Sanawar Montessori School, Sector 11, Chandigarh, celebrated Raksha Bandhan with great ardour and gaiety. The spirit of sibling bonding and traditional values was beautifully showcased through various engaging activities organised for children. To mark the occasion, students participated in creative crafts wherein they made colourful rahkis, decorative thalis and heartfelt greeting cards. These hands-on activities not only enhanced their fine motor skills but also helped them understand the essence of the festival- love, protection and togetherness. The children were made aware about the festival which strengthens family bonds and promotes love, unity and a sense of responsibility. The school echoed with laughter, love and festivity as the students celebrated the vibrant festival of Raksha Bandhan with great enthusiasm.
