RIMT World School, Mani Majra, hosted a transformative workshop on the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), led by eminent educationists Seema Wadhwa and Suman Lata. The session illuminated the vision of NCF in creating classrooms that are joyful, competency-based and holistic in approach. With an emphasis on experiential learning, art and sports integration and skill-focused assessment, the resource persons inspired teachers to move beyond rote learning and cultivate critical thinking, creativity and values in students. Through interactive discussions, group tasks and real-life case applications, educators gained practical strategies to align lesson planning with NCF guidelines. The open forum at the end encouraged teachers to reflect, share and refine their classroom practices-ensuring that learning remains inclusive, engaging and future-ready.
