Students of Class III and IV went on an excursion to Pushpa Gujral Science City. The visit was packed with fun-filled, educational experiences that captivated the students’ imagination and deepened their understanding of various scientific concepts. From witnessing fascinating exhibits on space exploration and earthquake stimulator to interactive displays on energy and human biology, the students explored the marvels of science through engaging hands-on activities. The 3D show and the laser show were the particular highlights, leaving students in awe of the universe’s mysteries. The trip was not only an educational journey but also a chance to experience science in action, fostering a sense of wonder and appreciation for the world around us.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
