A special event was organised on Himachal Pradesh Full Statehood Day and Republic Day at the school. The programme started with traditional folk songs and dances showcasing the rich culture of Himachal Pradesh. Students gave colourful presentations based on the tradition, history and natural beauty of the state. In particular, the drama staging of Himachal Pradesh’s heritage and achievements mesmerised the audience. On Republic Day, students demonstrated discipline and unity. Patriotic songs and dance performances filled the entire atmosphere with patriotism. A speech competition on the topic “Constitution and our right” and a painting competition on “Heritage of Himachal” was also organised in the school. The winners were rewarded by the school management and their talent was appreciated. School president Ramesh Kumar Sharma and Principal SK Sharma in his inspirational address highlighted Himachal Pradesh’s rich cultural heritage and the historic visit to become the Republic of India. He inspired the students to contribute to the development of the state and the country.
