In a spectacular display of creativity and cultural awareness, Rose Public School, Suliyali, recently celebrated Deepawali Parv, bringing together students, teachers and parents in a joyous celebration of light, art and unity. The festivities began with a series of art-integrated activities, including diya making and pot making for students of classes IV to V, showcasing their creativity and fine motor skills. The students of classes VI to XII participated in a vibrant Rangoli competition, adorning the school premises with intricate designs and patterns. The highlight of the event was a grand Fancy Dress Show, where students from classes I to III, dressed up as their favourite mythological character, spreading the message of good over evil. The dramatic performance on the arrival of Lord Rama in Ayodhya was a masterpiece, depicting the significance of Deepawali and the triumph of righteousness. In a unique initiative, the school organised a Food Fest on the theme "Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat," showcasing the diversity and richness of Indian cuisine. Students and parents came together to prepare and present dishes from different states, promoting cultural exchange and appreciation. Principal Sanjay Saugany expressed gratitude to the students, teachers and parents for making the event a grand success.
