Ryan International School, Ludhiana
The school celebrated Christmas. A special assembly was organised, showcasing colourful performances by students. The programme began with the Lord’s prayer, Bible reading, and a special prayer for Christmas, followed by melodious praise and worship songs. Students from classes VI to IX performed beautiful Christmas carols, while classes III and IV highlighted the significance of Christmas symbols. The Nativity play by classes III to V portrayed the birth of Jesus Christ with heartfelt emotion. The little ones from classes I and II enchanted everyone with their fairy dance, and a creative talk show by classes VI to VIII added a unique touch. Guest of honour Pastor Michaell appreciated the creativity and talent showcased by the Ryanites. Students of classes I and II made Santa, using coloured paper and cotton, painted Christmas tree, and finger candy stick. Ryanites of classes III to VIII enjoyed fun activities with their peers, which included Christmas wreath making, making of paper Christmas tree, Christmas chain and tree ornaments. Students of classes IX to XI attended a workshop on baking Christmas cakes and cookies by Ryan alumni Dhairya Grover. The celebration brought the true spirit of Christmas alive, fostering joy and togetherness.
