Students made their school proud by winning several medals at the LSSSC Inter-School Sahodaya Athletic Tournament, held at GMT International School. In the girls' events, Manroop Kaur from Class XII showcased an exceptional performance, securing a silver medal in the 400m and a bronze in 200m. Ishika from Class XI won the bronze medal in the 100m race, while Harmanjeet Kaur of Class X secured a silver medal in discus throw. The boys also brought home a series of medals. Aditya from Class XI-D won silver in discus throw, while Johanpreet of Class XI-H claimed the gold medal in the 100m. The boys' 4x400m relay team, consisting of Arnav (XI-D), Parv (XI-A), Johanpreet (XI-H), and Saksham (XI-B), secured third place in a highly competitive event.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
