The Interact Club and Eco Club of the school organised vanmahotsav celebration on its premises. The distinguished guests who graced the event were Sandeep Ghoshal, Field General Manager of Indian Bank, Sankar Raju V, Zonal Manager of Indian Bank, Rotarian Jatinder Kapoor, president of the Rotary Club, Rotarian Teena Singh, Director of Youth Services, Rotary Club, Rev Sister Anupa, school Manager, Rev Sr Venita, school Principal, and Rev Sr Elvina, Headmistress of the primary wing. The event commenced with a solemn prayer invoking the blessings of the Lord, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the guests. A presentation highlighting the accomplishments of the school’s eco projects, activities and contributions of school’s eco-champions charmed the guests. A nukkad natak, performed by young thespians, delivered a powerful message on afforestation and the preservation of natural resources. A talk show featured a student portraying environmental hero Jadav Payeng, known as the Forest Man of India, sharing his vision and mission. The winners of the Eco Club’s inter-house and inter-class activities, including slogan writing, poster making, and an environment quiz, were felicitated. The event concluded with the choir singing the Green Anthem, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
