The two-day Om Parkash Garg Memorial Inter-School Athletic Meet 2025 at Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Sr Sec Public School, Ladwa-Kurukshetra, was a grand success, with 430 athletes from 10 schools participating in various events. The meet was declared open by Chief Guest Virender Bansal, Chairman, Municipal committee, Taraori, and a floral tribute was paid to Late Om Parkash Garg. The school bagged the overall trophy, followed by Indian Public School, Radaur, and Sugni Devi Arya Girls Public School, Ladwa. Anmoldeep, Drishti, Harsewak, Ashmeet, Ayush and Pratistha were adjudged the best athletes of their respective categories. The meet concluded with the National Anthem, emphasising the importance of participation over winning.
