The school hosted a capacity building programme organised under the aegis of the CBSE in science (elementary classes). Principal Dherminder Khera, while inaugurating the workshop, welcomed the resource persons and the assembled teachers and said the programme will facilitate the easy but practical skills amongst the teachers to reinforce their teaching skills of science. School president Pawan Garg and secretary Ravinder Bansal honoured the guests by presenting mementos. Resource person Prof Jeesu Jaskanwar Singh, Assistant Professor, Punjab University, Chandigarh, and Monika Jain, PGT, Government Senior Secondary School, Ambala City, apprised the teachers of innovative and interactive methods to make science more engaging and accessible for young students. Monika informed about the lesson planning and assessment techniques to participants. As many as 39 teachers from nine schools from Haryana participated.
