Sant Isher Singh Public School, Phase-7, Mohali, celebrated its vibrant Annual Function "Fantasia -The annual talent show' with great enthusiasm. The campus was filled with colours, energy and creativity as students from Nursery to Class XII presented captivating performances. The occasion was graced by a galaxy of dignitaries including chief guest Dr Ginni Duggal, District Education Officer (Secondary), school Director Pawandeep Kaur Gill, Manager Amarjit Singh and Principal Inderjeet Kaur Sandhu. The programme commenced with lamp lighting by the chief guest, followed by a devotional school shabad "Deh Shiva Var Mohe" and Ganesh Vandana, setting a spiritual tone for the event. Students presented a variety of cultural items including adorable nursery dances 'crazy frog' and 'boom-boom', sports-themed performances, clown dance, patriotic presentation on 'Operation Sindoor' and Rajasthani folk dance. Items highlighting themes such as importance of parents and teachers, mental health awareness, wildlife protection and 'Kalyugam - the shadow of evil' were especially appreciated by the audience. Principal Inderjeet Kaur Sandhu presented the annual report, senior students concluded the cultural extravaganza with a power-packed Bhangra, celebrating the vibrant spirit of Punjab. This was followed by the prize distribution ceremony, where outstanding students were honoured for excellence in various fields. The event ended with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Director Pawandeep Kaur Gill followed by the National Anthem. The school Director and Manager appreciated the tireless efforts of teachers and students. Principal Inderjeet Kaur Sandhu mentioned that the performances reflected the school's commitment to holistic education and value-based learning.
