The school celebrated International Yoga Day. The event saw active participation from students, parents and teachers, who came together in the spirit of unity and well-being. To facilitate smooth attendance, school buses operated on all routes, allowing participants from various areas to join the celebration. The yoga session was led by specialised instructors Chandani Naray and Naveen, a state yoga instructor and Income Tax officer. Their expert guidance enabled everyone to practise with ease and mindfulness. The session included a variety of asanas, breathing exercises and meditation techniques aimed at enhancing physical, mental and emotional well-being. Chairman Advocate Ravi Dutt Sharma and Director Ruby Sharma expressed their appreciation to the yoga instructors by presenting them with planters as tokens of gratitude for their valuable contribution to the event.
