The school celebrated Vanmahotsav Week with a special assembly and a series of environmental awareness activities. Two guests from the Forest Department — Jai Singh, Forest Range Officer, and Gurdeep Singh, Forest Beat Officer, Dera Bassi — were invited to speak on the importance of tree plantation and environmental preservation. A tree plantation drive was held on the school campus, where the guests, along with school Director Dr Ruby Sharma, planted saplings. Dr Sharma delivered an inspiring message, saying, “If all 140 crore Indians plant one tree each, India will be full of life. But plant a tree only if you can care for it — don’t give it a slow death.” To further spread awareness, students of classes VI to IX organised a rally in the nearby locality, holding posters and chanting slogans on saving trees and protecting nature.
