The event was graced by Dr Kusum Ahlawat, Principal of Pratap Public School, and resource persons Rubina Naaz, Principal of Springdales Public School, Jagadhri, and Ashu, faculty member at Indira Gandhi Senior Secondary School, Kaithal. Their sessions on leadership, empathy, discipline and creative teaching strategies proved to be insightful and thought-provoking. The training was highly interactive, encouraging participants to engage in activities that promoted reflection and collaboration. A tea break and lunch provided an opportunity for networking and informal discussions. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, marking the success of the day.
