Saupin’s School, Mohali, burst into a riot of colours, creativity, culture and innovation as the students from classes 6 to 8 came together and weaved the spectacular science and social studies exhibition. With the dazzling charts, models, projects and life- sized installations, the event was nothing short of a mini India tour. The social studies section was an instant hit with the mighty snow-capped peaks whisking the parents away to the enchanting valleys of Kashmir. The effervescent culture of Gujarat, the serenity of Kerala and the architectural grandeur of Odisha’s temples — every element was brought to life with vibrant visuals, local costumes and well-researched information. The students splashed their creativity across vibrant models of Jagannath Rath Yatra, Hirakud Dam, the thrilling snake-boat race, bustling wildlife parks, iconic bridges and industries, local cuisines and much more. The science section was another crowd-puller, as parents were captivated by the students’ deep understanding of India’s defence system and sustainable agriculture. Headmistress Goldie Kapany lauded the students for the seamless exhibition, calling it a delightful learning experience that transcended the boundaries of books.
