The school organised a carnival for students on its premises. The programme was inaugurated by head of the management committee Rahul Katyal. Various types of activities were organised for children, which included ring toss, balloon dart, match the object, game first, matching game, water pool, sand game, car ride, talent hunt, fancy dress, spin and win, mickey jump, trampoline and mega draw, etc. Different types of food stalls were set up in the carnival.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
