A recitation competition celebrating rich Indian heritage was held with enthusiastic participation from kindergarten students. Each child expressed their love for the nation through beautiful poems, showcasing India’s diverse culture, traditions, and values. The young participants dressed up in traditional attire, embodying the vibrant essence of India’s heritage. With admirable confidence, they recited poems reflecting their pride in the nation. Their enthusiasm was captivating, and the event was a heart-warming display of patriotism and creativity. The competition not only allowed students to explore their heritage but also boosted their confidence and speaking skills. The judges and audience were deeply impressed by the students’ heartfelt performances, making it a memorable event for all.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
