Kindergarten students experienced the joy and benefits of yoga in a specially designed session tailored for their age group. The focus of the celebration was on promoting physical activity, mindfulness and relaxation, while fostering a sense of enjoyment and accomplishment. Significance of yoga activities in today’s world was taught to the students by teachers. The session included various warm-up exercises, breathing exercises and different ‘asanas’. The kids came dressed up in beautiful yoga outfits. Teachers and PTIs performed some ‘asanas’ in front of the students. They followed their teachers.
