The students of Senior Secondary Model School, Pbi University, Patiala, have brought pride to Patiala district by performing brilliantly in the 19th National Bharat Scout and Guides Jamboree Camp held at Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh). A total of 12 students of the school participated in this national-level event. It was the only school from Patiala district, which got the honour of representing the district in this prestigious camp. The camp was organised from November 23 to 29, in which about 35,000 students from all over the country participated. The students learned a lot through various activities in the camp and showcased their talent. On the concluding day, President Droupadi Murmu met the students, shared ideas with them and encouraged them to excel in every field in life. Among the other dignitaries who addressed the students in the course of camp was UP Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi. Principal Satvir Singh Gill congratulated the students and also thanked their parents who motivated them to participate in such national level event.
