Vanmahotsav was observed by the school. Principal Renu Bala along with staff members and students of the kindergarten section planted saplings on school premises. All the students actively participated in the programme by planting fruit-bearing, flower-bearing and shade-giving varieties of plants and trees. School Principal Renu Bala told the students about importance of trees and conservation of forests. She explained that “we should plant more and more trees and protect them from unusual cutting as they save us from heat by refreshing the environment”.
