Shemrock Senior Secondary School, Sector 69, Mohali
The school gave a warm welcome to the students who came to get their education in Class XI of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Academy. These students, who are selected in the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Academy, run by the Punjab Government, will complete their classes XI and XII education at Shemrock School before sitting in the NDA test. These students are given academic, physical and professional training by both institutions. In the orientation programme conducted on the school campus, the students who came to learn from different parts of Punjab were welcomed at the beginning of the session. Chairman of the school AS Bajwa welcomed all students and said the next two years will be important years in the life of all the students. The programme commenced with an inspiring address by Principal Prineet Sohal, who emphasised the school’s commitment to nurturing holistic growth. Parents were introduced to the school’s counselling services by Atula Gautam, school counsellor, who shared valuable infomation on emotional well-being. Harjot Oberoi, Senior Coordinator, familiarised attendees with the school’s rules and regulations, ensuring a smooth transition for all.
