Shishu Niketan Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 22-D, Chandigarh, holds capacity building programme

In alignment with the CBSE’s strategic pedagogical reform initiatives, a capacity building programme in science for elementary-level educators was organised at the school. The programme was meticulously designed to strengthen the pedagogical and conceptual frameworks of science teaching in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The programme was expertly facilitated by Jyothi and Sunil Kala — distinguished CBSE resource persons with extensive experience in academic mentorship and curriculum development. Both facilitators employed an integrated and inquiry-based approach to enhance participant competencies in concept transference, experiential learning methodologies, and formative assessment strategies.
