Shishu Niketan Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 22-D, Chandigarh, hosts consultative meet

The school hosted a consultative meet organised by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to pilot the training manuals for the Information Technology Skill subject under the Department of Skill Education. The meet was attended by about 90 teachers from various schools across the region. It served as a platform for educators to review, discuss, and provide suggestions for refining the training manuals to ensure effective delivery of the IT curriculum in CBSE schools. Urvashi Bhardwaj, TGT (Computer Science), BCM Arya Model Sen Sec School, Ludhiana, Punjab, was the resource person and contributed valuable inputs during the sessions. Participants engaged in productive discussions aimed at improving the quality and clarity of the skill-based content. Shishu Niketan Model Sen Sec School was pleased to be appointed as the host for this important academic initiative and remains committed to supporting the CBSE’s efforts to enhance skill-based learning in schools.
