Shishu Niketan Public School, Sector 5, Mansa Devi Complex, Panchkula

The school celebrated Republic Day. Different activities were organised to infuse the spirit of unity, brotherhood and patriotism among the students. The school premises was resplendent in the shades of Tricolour. The festivities echoed with patriotic fervour when students danced to the tunes of patriotism. A hand printing activity was done by kindergarten. A special assembly was held and Voter’s Day pledge was taken. Different workshops were held on Fundamental Rights and Duties. The Literacy Club performed a skit on patriotism. Students delivered speeches and recited poems to create awareness about the special day. The programme culminated with the rendition of the national anthem.
