The school celebrated Founder’s Day with a grand ceremony, which also coincided with Baisakhi and Ambedkar Jayanti. The entire school celebrated the legacy of courage, determination, strength and perseverance embarking upon a new journey of incessant commitment towards building a better society. A special assembly started with speeches, followed by an enactment, devotional songs and dances. The assembly concluded with a resplendent and energetic bhangra. Tiny tots of kindergarten learnt about the festival’s significance and enjoyed fun-filled craft activities that brought the spirit of Baisakhi alive in the classroom. On the auspicious occasion of Baisakhi, ‘Sukhmani Sahib path’ was held and students recited ‘shabads’.
