As many as 19 students of DAV Public School here have scored 90 per cent and above marks in the Class XII examinations, the results of which were declared by the CBSE today.

Shvanshi secured the first position with 96.6 per cent, followed by Karan 96 per cent and Saumya 95.4 per cent. Palaksh Sharma and Yash Dogra with 95.2 per cent marks shared the fourth position.

Principal Vishwas Sharma said as many as 105 students had taken the Class XII exams. Of these, 95 have scored above 60 per cent.

He congratulated students and parents on the achievement.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
