The school celebrated the Parkash Purb of Guru Nanak Dev. The event commenced with the ‘Parkash’ of Guru Granth Sahib, followed by the recitation of ‘paath’ of Japuji Sahib by teachers and students. Students delivered thought-provoking speeches on the life and teachings of Guru Nanak Dev. Nursery students captivated everyone with their divine recitation of ‘Mool Mantra’, while the kindergarten students showcased the teachings of the 10 Gurus and the four Sahibzadas through engaging presentations. Teachers enriched the event with their heartfelt ‘shabad’ renditions and insightful speeches, emphasising Guru Nanak Dev’s timeless messages of equality, humility, and honesty. A special poetry recitation by students, dedicated to the Guru, highlighted the enduring significance of his teachings in today’s world. The celebrations concluded with the distribution of ‘kadah parshad’ to all attendees, followed by serving of the langar.
