‘Project Dolphin’ is an initiative which aims at conserving both river and ocean dolphins. Adhering to this, Amravati Vidyalaya observed a special morning assembly where students of all the classes were educated about the endangering of dolphins. They were also made aware of habitat protection, reducing human interference and community engagement in conserving this friendly specie. A pledge-taking ceremony was held to mark this cause. The Eco Club showcased the screening of a video highlighting the effects of water pollution and climate change on dolphins. It created an impact on students and they also professed the need to conserve and work for the welfare of marine life.
