The NSS wing of the school has organised a week-long Special Camp on its premises under the leadership of Principal Shama Kukkal. The camp was inaugurated by Gurjot Singh Sawhney, vice-president, Local Committee, Chief Khalsa Diwan, and School Managing Committee, and Inderjeet Singh, member, School Managing Committee. The programme commenced with the school shabad, ‘Deh Shiva Bar Mohe Ahe’ by the school choir, which was followed by NSS Anthem by students. In his address, Gurjot Singh Sawhney emphasised on the significance of the NSS and on inculcating the value of service before self among students. Thereafter a session on communication skills and digital literacy was held for students by Mohinder Kaur Kataria, motivational speaker and soft skills trainer. The principal thanked the dignitaries for sparing their valuable time and appreciated the efforts of the NSS wing.
