The school bade farewell to its outgoing Class XII students, who are moving on to the next stage of their academic journey. The guests of honour for the ceremony were Dalip Singh Banga, president, Chief Khalsa Diwan, Local Committee, Chandigarh, and School Managing Committee, Gurjot Singh Sawhney, vice-president, Dr Paramjit Singh, member in-charge, Inderjeet Singh and Manmohan Singh, members, School Managing Committee. Gurjot Singh Sawhney, in his address to the students, wished them all success in their respective careers and life in general. The farewell ceremony, attended by students and teachers, was a memorable occasion that celebrated the achievements of the outgoing students. The students were felicitated with mementoes and gifts, recognising their outstanding achievements in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities. The outgoing students expressed their gratitude to the school management and teachers for their support and guidance throughout their academic journey. The ceremony also included a cultural programme, featuring songs, dances, ramp walk and fun-filled games performed by students. The most sought-after titles of ‘Mr SGHSSPS’ and ‘Miss SGHSSPS’ were bagged by Veer Davinder Singh Chhatwal and Akshita Rana. Principal Shama Kukkal wished the outgoing students all the best for their future endeavours and hoped that they would make their alma mater proud.
