Under the ‘Ek Ped Ma Ke Naam’ programme, the Income Tax Department, Chandigarh, organised a tree plantation drive at the school. Commissioner of the Income Tax Department, Chandigarh, JS Kahlon, Additional Commissioner Gagan Kundra, Assistant Commissioner Jasvir Saini and Income Tax Officers Arvind Sharma and Sarooj Bala actively participated in the tree plantation. The event was attended by president of the school management Dalip Singh Banga, vice-president Gurjot Singh Sawhney, member Inderjeet Singh and Principal Shama Kukkal. Through the tree plantation drive, an important message of environmental conservation was conveyed.
