The new academic session at the school commenced on April 3 with great enthusiasm and excitement among students and teachers alike. The school campus buzzed with activity as students joined in crisp uniforms, ready to begin a new chapter in their educational journey. A special morning assembly was organised to welcome the students reminding the values and principles which the school holds. School Manager Fr Ambrose D’Souza addressed the students and encouraged them to embrace learning with curiosity and dedication. “Every new session brings fresh opportunities. Set your goals, work hard, and make the most of the year ahead,” he said. On April 7, a special programme was organised to welcome the new members of the school, ie the students of nursery. The tiny tots accompanied their parents on their very first day and were welcomed by their class teachers with open hearts and cheerful spirits. Rev Bishop Ignatius Loyolla Mascarenhas blessed the nursery kids. It was amazing to see the young Anneans giving speech and reciting rhymes. Later they had their fun time playing with the toys and watching cartoons. A selfie point of ‘My First Day in School’ was also arranged to catch the memories for students as well as parents. A short prayer service was also held to seek the blessings of the Almighty for the new beginning.
