St Mary’s School, Sanaur, celebrates ‘Fete Mariale 2024’

The school celebrated its annual function, ‘Fete Mariale 2024’. The event began with a warm welcome as chief guest Rev Ignatius L Mascarenhas, Bishop of Simla-Chandigarh, and guest of honour Rev Fr Biju George, Councillor of Education, Carmel Province, Kerala, were escorted by the Principal, Vice-Principal, and school band amidst thunderous applause. The cultural extravaganza featured vibrant performances by students. To ensure the performances were flawless, professional choreographers were especially invited from Bangalore to train the students, adding a touch of professionalism to the event. These performances left the audience spellbound and drew loud cheers. The programme included the prize distribution ceremony, where students were felicitated for their outstanding academic achievements and contributions to extracurricular activities, fostering a spirit of excellence and inspiration among their peers. Fr James Kalapurackal, Manager, honoured the guests by presenting them with tokens of gratitude. Fr Joby George, Principal, presented the annual school report for the academic session 2024-25, detailing the milestones achieved by the school in academics, sports, and community outreach programs. The event concluded with a grand finale performance, where all participants came together to celebrate the essence of the school, leaving the audience in awe and admiration.
