St Soldier International Convent School, Mohali, holds workshop

The school hosted a two-day workshop on ‘Enhancing School Quality through the School Quality Assessment and Assurance Framework (SQAAF)’, featuring renowned experts Arun John Masih and Archana Gaba. The session started with an online session. The resource persons were honoured by the management and principal of the school. The day saw active participation from principals of various schools, who engaged in insightful discussions on challenges faced in school administration, policies for inclusive education, and strategies to create a nurturing environment for all students. A key highlight of the discussion was the connection between the National Education Policy (NEP) and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), with participants gaining clarity on aligning their school practices with these frameworks. The workshop equipped school leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance school quality and foster excellence in education. The participants appreciated the expertise shared by Masih and Gaba, and the opportunities for networking and collaboration. The workshop marked a significant step towards improving school quality and achieving educational excellence.
