In view of the forthcoming International Yoga Week, students and teachers of the school demonstrated various asanas followed by Om chanting. Warm-up exercises were done and all students performed sitting and standing asanas explaining the significance and benefits of each of those. The celebration concluded with the recitation of shlokas and Principal Anjali Sharma’s address.
