School students were honored by Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini during the International Youth Day celebration at the Parade Ground in Panchkula. The Haryana Skill Development Mission launched Ideathon Haryana 2023 to promote entrepreneurship and innovative start-up ideas among students from various educational institutions. The school’s students secured the top two positions in the Ambala zone. The first position was awarded to the project “TIZN Water Purifier”, developed by Shaurya Seth and Suzain Zaki from Class X. Their outstanding work was rewarded with certificates and a cash prize of Rs 31,000. The second position went to the project “GS Technique to Clean Rivers and Generate Electricity”, created by Meenakshi from Class X and Vaidehi from Class VIII. They were awarded certificates and a cash prize of Rs 21,000. Principal Dr Piyush Punj congratulated the young innovators and their teacher Puja Seth.
