St Vivekanand Millennium School, Pinjore, organised a two-day educational tour to Delhi for Class XI students, providing them with rich-learning experiences beyond the classroom. The journey began from Pinjore HMT, with a breakfast halt at Shiva Dhaba, where students enjoyed delicious parathas. The first major stop was the New Parliament Building. After security checks, students entered through the Garud Dwar and visited the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha galleries. They also explored the Parliament Museum, learning about the evolution of Indian democracy. Students then visited India Gate, paying tribute to the nation's martyrs and strengthening their sense of patriotism. At the majestic Akshardham Temple, they witnessed India's cultural and spiritual heritage. They admired the intricate carvings, visited the Narayan Sarovar, explored cultural exhibitions and enjoyed the spectacular musical fountain show depicting philosophical themes. The next stop was the International Trade Fair 2025, where students observed India's entrepreneurship, innovation, state pavilions, cultural diversity, and international participation. The tour concluded with a visit to the National Science Centre.
