St Xavier’s High School, Panchkula

The school organised Andrew J Gosain 5-A-Side Soccer Tournament on its campus. Six schools participated. On the second day, four teams reached the semi-finals.The first semi-final was won by Little Flower Convent School. The second semi-final was won by St Xavier’s Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh. Little Flower Convent School emerged as the winner and was conferred with the winning trophy, whereas St Xavier’s Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh, took away the runners-up-trophy. The Golden Boot was awarded to Ansh of Little Flower Convent School and the Best Goal Keeper award was won by Hardik of St Xavier’s High School, Panchkula. The chief guest was Captain Shiv Kapani. Principal George S Shear congratulated the winners and applauded the sportsmanship displayed by all teams.
