The Foundation Years students of the school had a delightful and enriching experience during a special story narration session conducted by Harvinder Cheema, a grandparent and renowned Sahajyoga meditation practitioner. Cheema shared an engaging story that emphasised important values, positive habits, and recognising the strengths of each child. Highlighting the significance of the early years, she encouraged parents and grandparents to spend quality time with children, nurturing them with fun, creativity, and meditation in their daily routines. Her interactive session not only captivated the young learners but also inspired them to develop empathy, self-confidence, and mindfulness. Director Avinash appreciated Cheema’s contribution.
