Students of Eklavya School, Jalandhar, performed various academic activities. Chemistry teacher Bharti Kalia conducted lab sessions for students of Class IX to XII. Students of Class X gained practical knowledge on chemical reactions. Class XII students performed experiments involving salt analysis. They learnt about cations and anions of unknown salts. Eklavya School Director Seema Handa said most of the materials that occur on Earth, such as wood, coal, minerals or air, are mixtures of many different and distinct chemical substances. Class IX students performed activities on different types of solutions and with the help of this they gained practical knowledge of these solutions. Principal Komal Arora appreciated senior school students and teachers’ efforts in this regard.
