The students of Foundation Years at Smart Wonders School, Mohali, presented a vibrant and enchanting annual show on the theme “Around the World”. The children took the audience on a magical voyage across continents, showcasing the rich diversity of the world through captivating dances, soulful melodies, and expressive dramatisations. Each act was a kaleidoscope of rhythm, grace, and joy, reflecting the boundless imagination and exuberance of childhood. Principal Ruchika Sharma lauded the children for the stupendous success of the show, reiterating the school’s vision of nurturing learners who are confident, competent, and compassionate. Director Sandeep Singh expressed heartfelt appreciation to the parents and teachers for their tireless efforts, dedication, and collaborative spirit, which transformed the event into a grand spectacle of talent and teamwork.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
