To support the ‘Surya Namaskar’ campaign, an initiative taken by the Ministry of Ayush, the school has started making students practise the beneficial yogasna, starting from February 5. Everyday students from different classes are practising ‘Surya Namaskar’. This practice will continue till February 20. It will ensure better focus and level of concentration among the students. This way students will be more flexible and active which will, in turn, make them strong and disease free.
