The Global Wisdom International School, Dera Bassi, organises fun-filled activities before summer break

The school campus buzzed with joy, laughter, and excitement. A series of fun-filled activities were organised across all grades to give students a memorable send-off before the summer break. The day began with a special morning assembly, where Principal Dr Basundhara addressed the students, congratulating them on their hard work, resilience, and accomplishments throughout the year. In a touching message, the principal emphasised the importance of lifelong learning and encouraged students to make the most of their summer break by pursuing creative and enriching experiences. Students from Kindergarten to Grade XII celebrated the last day of school with a delightful ice-cream party. With a variety of delicious flavours and toppings, the party was a perfect way to cool off and enjoy some well-earned treats with friends and teachers. Students of Grade III to VIII took a journey beyond the stars with an exciting Planetarium Show, including Princess Andromeda, Finding Dhruva Tara, Galileo’s Sky, etc. Chairman of the school Gurdip Singh Chahal appreciate outstanding Planetarium Show that was not only a visual delight but also an inspiring educational experience for students.
