The school organised a series of vital awareness sessions for its students, focusing on personal safety and health education. These sessions were conducted by renowned health expert Dr Nidhi Sharma, in collaboration with the Inner Wheel Club Mohali Blissful, a dedicated organisation known for its impactful community service. For students of Class I and II, an engaging and age-appropriate session on ‘Good Touch and Bad Touch’ was conducted. Students of classes VI to VIII attended informative sessions on ‘Menstrual Hygiene’. These sessions aimed to break stigmas, promote healthy habits, and spread essential knowledge about early detection and self-care. Dr Sharma addressed the physical, emotional, and social aspects of menstruation. The school extends its gratitude to Dr Nidhi Sharma and the Inner Wheel Club Mohali Blissful for their valuable contribution in promoting awareness and personal well-being among young minds.
