The school organised a week-long intensive Teacher Training Session, as per the CBSE guidelines. Designed to elevate teaching standards and promote innovative educational practices, the training was conducted by resource persons Cdr Jagmohan Bhogal, who focused on leadership and value-based education; Shweta Singh, who led sessions on effective pedagogy and curriculum design; and Shivani Agarwal, who emphasised inclusive education and digital teaching tools. Their combined expertise ensured a rich and engaging experience for all participants. The core topics covered included ‘The effective classroom management’, ‘Integrating SEL in school curriculum’ and ‘Developing critical thinking and creative skills’. The sessions blended theoretical knowledge with real-life examples, interactive discussions, and practical activities that teachers could directly apply in their classrooms. Teachers described the training as highly insightful and impactful. Many expressed that the sessions relight their passion for teaching and helped them reflect on their current practices. They appreciated the balance between theory and hands-on strategies, especially the focus on student engagement and emotional well-being. The workshop left them feeling inspired, equipped, and more connected to their role as educators in a changing academic landscape.
