Three Faridabad students score 99.4% marks

At least Three Faridabad students have excelled with 99.4 per cent marks in the CBSE Class X examination for the session 2019-20, whose result was announced today. More than 1,000 students in the district have scored over 90 per cent marks in this examination.
Jasraj Singh a student of Modern Delhi Public School located in sector 87 and Prinkle Dhingra a student of Delhi Public School, Sector- 19 and Lavanya Jain of Ryan International School have scored an identical 99.4 per cent marks.
Over 48 students of these schools have excelled with 95 per cent or more marks in the exam, this time. Three students identified as Aditya Mathur of Modern DPS, Anjali Jha of Vidya Mandir Public School, Sector- 15 A and Abha Nasru of DPS Sector- 19 have scored 99 per cent marks.
Ananya Garg and Anusha Tiwari of MVN School, Sector- 17 have scored 89.8 and 98.2 per cent marks. Daksh Dua, Debabrata Chandra and Rudra Khaitan of this school have got 98 per cent each. As many as 12 students of these schools have scored 98.6 marks in this exam. Akshat Tiwari, Bidhisha Mukherjee and Madhav Goel of DAV Public school sector- 14 scored 98 per cent marks each. Chesta Gupta of the same school got 97.6 per cent marks. As many as 97 out of 331 students who appeared in the exam from this school scored 90 per cent or above. Mansi Gaur of Grand Columbus International School stood first in the school with 97.4 per cent marks.
Claiming that students had produced excellent result, U.S. Verma, Principal of the Modern DPS here said marks aggregate of his school had been 91.07 per cent with as many as 123 students scoring 95 per cent and above marks. Many of the students who had arrived in their schools to know about the result distributed sweets to celebrate the performance.
