Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur, organised its annual sports meet. The two-day event was divided into junior and senior categories, showcasing the talents and sportsmanship of students across all grades. Supreet Kaur of Grade XII from House Sutlej earned the title of Best Athlete of the Year (Girls), while Raninder Singh of Grade XI from House Chenab was named Best Athlete of the Year (Boys) for their outstanding performances. The overall championship trophy was lifted by House Sutlej, which displayed consistent excellence throughout the meet. Chairman Sanjay Gupta, in his message, congratulated all participants and appreciated the school’s commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also physical fitness and sportsmanship. The event concluded with cheers, medals, and a united school spirit that truly embodied the motto of the school — “Learning through discipline, excellence, and teamwork”.
