The school observed the martyrdom day of the four Sahibzaade (sons of Guru Gobind Singh) with reverence and solemnity. The school’s assembly hall was packed with students, teachers, and staff, who gathered to pay tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of Sahibzada Ajit Singh, Sahibzada Jujhar Singh, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh, and Sahibzada Fateh Singh. The programme began with the recitation of prayers and hymns from Guru Granth Sahib. Students presented speeches, poems, and songs, highlighting the sacrifices made by the Sahibzade and Mata Gujri. Chairman Sanjay Gupta conveyed a message emphasising the importance of remembering the sacrifices of the Sahibzaade and their relevance in today’s world. Principal Anitha Rajagopalan addressed the students, saying, “The martyrdom of the Sahibzaade is a shining example of courage, devotion, and sacrifice. Their bravery inspires us to stand up for what is right and to fight against injustice. Let us strive to emulate their values and principles in our daily lives.”
