On the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti, the school embarked on a noble initiative to serve the community through ‘langar sewa’. The selfless act of service aimed to promote unity, compassion, and the spirit of giving. The school’s students, teachers, and staff came together to prepare and serve a nutritious meal to those in need. The ‘langar sewa’ was organised with the objective of fostering a sense of social responsibility and empathy among the students. “We believe that education goes beyond the confines of a classroom,” said Chairperson Sanjay Gupta. “Through this initiative, we aim to instil values of compassion, kindness, and generosity in our students, while also giving back to the community,” said Principal Anitha Rajagopalan. The ‘langar sewa’ was a resounding success, with the school community coming together to make a positive impact. As the students served hot meals to the underprivileged, their faces lit up with smiles, reflecting the joy and satisfaction of giving.
