The school organised an insightful traffic awareness session in collaboration with the Traffic Education Cell, Ludhiana, under the leadership of Kuldeep Singh, in-charge of Traffic Zone 4. The session was held as part of the National Road Safety Month, observed from January 1 to January 31, with the aim of fostering awareness about traffic rules and road safety. Jasvir Singh was the keynote speaker of the event. He emphasised the importance of adhering to traffic rules, responsible driving, and cultivating road safety habits among the young generation. The team from Zone 4, including Surjit Singh, Kulwant Singh, and Lakhwinder Singh, played a pivotal role in guiding both drivers and students on various aspects of traffic safety and best practices for ensuring a secure commute. The event witnessed the presence of Chairman Prof Dr SP Sofat, president Sanjay Dhand, and Principal Bipan Sethi, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the entire traffic awareness team for their commendable efforts. The session served as a vital step in spreading the message of road safety and the need for collective responsibility in reducing road accidents. The school community lauded the efforts of the Traffic Education Cell and pledged to follow traffic rules diligently. The event concluded on a positive note, with participants committing to be ambassadors of road safety in their respective areas.
